Not at all. I offer classes for all levels, and you’ll find clear instructions and safe modifications in every session. You can start as a complete beginner and build strength, mobility, and confidence step by step.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat is essential for both yoga and Pilates. For yoga, you can optionally use blocks, a strap, a bolster, or even pillows and blankets. For Pilates, you may add a ring, resistance bands, a big ball, a small ball, or light weights, but everything can be adapted if you don’t have props yet.
