I’m Eva Kirmizaki, ERYT-500 Yoga & Pilates Instructor and founder of Yoga & More School in Greece. My yoga & pilates journey began back in 2007 when I first experienced the peace that comes from true presence.

Since 2011 I’ve been a full-time yoga teacher in hosting places, hotels, studios, gyms, camps, psycho-communities, tourist villas and privates, guiding thousands of classes, along with workshops. I have also run 11 successful retreats across Greece and abroad since 2015.

In 2018 I founded Yoga & More School to share what I love most: authentic, embodied, and deeply transformative yoga education.

All of these years I’ve been guiding students through deep, transformative sessions, retreats and teacher trainings — combining classical yoga, modern anatomy, and soulful self-inquiry.

My Yoga Teacher Trainings are Iintentionally set for small-groups to keep education personal and authentic.

Since 2020 I run Online YTTs, where I teach every module myself — because I believe that yoga education should be intimate, grounded, and connected to real experience. Every training I teach blends mindful movement, philosophy, and inner connection — a journey from the body to the soul.
