This training is functional based, is beginner-friendly and intended for all age groups
Primarily you will be taught non-lineage/functional modern style vinyasa, and secondarily hatha and restorative. Focus is on in original forms, as well as variations, modifications, drills, conditioning, props, hands-on assists and more. Beginners are welcomed, but also more advanced students can work with the training material, as it has been created to accessible to all levels, beginners and advanced
All modules assist you for lifelong learning. Past students refer they still use the training material, even a long time after graduation and it has ignited their passion for knowledge and self-evolution

Included
1. 15 zoom teaching sessions. 2 hours long each.
2. 90 teaching hours archived via an Online Training Library
3. 80 self-study hours: complete the lectures of the Online. These are hours for self-study and asignments. The self-study is made via the learning library that also includes pdf, powerpoints, audios, and exercises (the exercises count as non-contact 80 hours). This online library teaches you the practice and philosophy of yoga and prepare you for real-class teaching. The asignments also count inside the 80 self-paced hours, eg. record demos of practices and asanas, complete tests & quizzes, read book chapters/articles, keep a journal of your self-reflections, etc. You can complete these 80 non-contact hours more or less quickly, this is dependend on your learning pace, style and commitment.

Adopting the policy that yoga starts from the inner peace, the self-doubt of approved beliefs, and the constant need for self-exploration, you will explore deeper and find a practice that suits your mind and body.
The training program is Vinyasa-based with a focus on Hatha and Restorative yoga.

Complete the training within 365 days duration and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance USA as Registered Yoga Teacher in 200 hours (RYT200).
How the training works
- 90 Archived hours (self-paced): learning from recorded sessions, audios and pdf in a self-paced mode (flows, asana lab, techniques tutorial, philosophy, anatomy, etc.)
- 30 Livestream hours. Attend 15 zoom sessions of 2 hours long each. The classes date/time are arranged with the students. There are almost daily zoom classes for all to attend.
- Time of classes are in EET or EESZ GREECE (GMT/UTC + 2h or GMT/UTC + 3h), livestreaming from Greece in English. These sessions are practice (asana and other techniques, as pranayama, etc) and/or theory.

80 Self-study hours (self-paced): self-study, reading chapters of books, completing short tests and quizzes, writing a personal journal, creating demo practices of teaching and of asana forms.
